These terms cover use of the Purrformance website and orders for hanging JDM cat beds. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Products

We sell hanging cat beds in The MK4, The S2K, and The R34 designs, as a single bed or as a two-bed or three-bed bundle. The description, size, and features on the product page are part of what you are buying. Fabric and colour can look slightly different from the photos.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy the beds you selected. We confirm the order by email. If an item is unavailable, or a price was shown by mistake, we will tell you and refund anything already paid.

Price and payment

The price is the amount shown for the bed or bundle when you add it to your cart, in the currency shown at that time. You pay the total shown before you place the order, including any delivery charge that is listed.

Delivery

Delivery times on the product page are estimates. They are not guaranteed dates. The bed is your responsibility once the carrier delivers it to the address you gave us.

Returns

If a bed is not right, contact us within 30 days of delivery. It should be unused and include its straps and fittings, unless it arrived damaged or was not as described. We will tell you how to send it back. When we accept the return, we refund the price you paid for the bed. We cover return postage when the bed is faulty or not as described.

Using the site

Use the site for your own shopping. Do not misuse the forms, interfere with the site, or reuse our product photos for another shop.
